It's the new pastel-coloured, fantasy way to do party dressing...

Party dressing has taken a super-pretty, fantasy turn all thanks to fairy tale dresses. It's the juxtaposition of super sexy, flesh-baring and bold coloured red carpet fashion. Instead, we're seeing a lots of celebrities dressing like they're in a fairy tale.

Think the pastel-coloured looks of Alice in WonderlandSleeping BeautyGoldilocks and Cinderella all reincarnated on our modern day celebrity muses.

It's also completely wearable and doesn't have to be sickly-sweet if worn with an edgy beauty look.

See pick of the best fairy tale looks...

Brie Larson looked every inch the princess last night at The Glass Castle premiere in New York in a chiffon Monique Lhuillier gown. Is it a dress? Is it a cape? We don't know or care - it's stunning!

Attending a dinner - hosted by Doutzen Kroes and Lucy Yeomans in honour of Save the Elephants - Cara Delevingne wore the perfect princess dress complete with ruffles and tulle in a stunning turquoise colour. We love how she's given it a punky edge with smoky eyes and a studded belt.
