Street Style From Pitti Uomo 96 Firenze

by FashionHarp Team 14 Jun 2019

Fashion photographer Roy Bushmann was in Florence to capture the looks on the pavements for FashionHarp, Elle, Gq and Cosmopolitan.

Rounding off the season’s menswear schedule, Florence is attractive in its own right.– and has a formidable line-up to prove it.

The mood on the streets of Florence was decidedly summery, with an abundance of colour and industry insiders rushing up and down.

Pitti Uomo is all about the details – whether that’s an extravagant hair accessory, eye-catching footwear or the new season It bag (think earthy shades and ’90s shapes).

The sway of influencers and the weight fashion brands put on them for marketing has been widely discussed within the industry, but now the streetwear community has declared the social-media stars who generate sales through likes its least likely source of fashion inspiration.

At the center of the event was an emotional Karl Lagerfeld graffiti built by designers and some of our team as an homage to this inspirational fashion designer.
