Our image uploading software is extremely efficient at optimizing images so that they look great and load fast. However, it does have it’s limitations. The software does require that your images be 72 DPI in resolution. In Adobe® Photoshop®, you can change the DPI with the following steps:

Open your image by going to File > Open

Select Image > Image Size

While making sure that the “Resample Image” checkbox is unchecked, change the Resolution field to “72.” Make sure that the drop down menu to the right of the Resolution field is set to “pixels/inch.”

Click File > Save Image for Web and select jpg or png file format to save your image.

It’s important to upload images that represent you best as well as fitting with a certain quality we try to maintain at FashionHarp. You should not upload images of bad quality like selfies, cell phone shots, blurry, or pixelated images.

We will delete all images we consider inappropriate, and if you continue trying to post such images it may be cause for suspending your profile.

Also, do not upload images whose copyright you do not own, or have no permission from the copyright holder.

Agency Directory
The extensive city-by-city agency directory includes some of the top talent agents worldwide, from model agencies to agents representing photographers, hair and makeup artists, set designers and a wide range of the industry’s top talent. Please note that while the agency directory lists established professional agencies, it is a paid listing and does not endorse, or recommend, or vouch for the fitness as talent agents of any specific agency. To be listed the verification an agency has to provide is limited to providing references from other established agencies, or clients, or talent they represent, or to show a body of work with established clients for the talent they represent.

A word on safety: Before reaching out to or meeting with any agency we always recommend doing your research on the agency and/or agent, asking for references and going to meetings accompanied. Also please note while some agencies scout for talent via social media or online there are a lot of scams/imposters, if you get contacted on social media you should always check that the contact you received is legitimate by contacting the agency directly by phone or by checking their official web site.

The database is a collaborative portfolio site dedicated to promoting also the discovery of new talent in the fashion industry. Work is continually uploaded by creative agencies and professionals who then credit the respective talent, making it the most up-to-date and accurate resource for anyone wanting to keep up with the industry.

This is why clients, casting directors, creative directors, and creative agencies use daily to search for talent, including models and artists.

For modeling or creative talent agencies, a listing in the Database makes it easier for clients to contact your agency when they are interested in booking one of your talent.

For production and advertising/creative agencies, a listing allows agencies to get credited for work they produced, making it easier for potential clients to discover them when they are looking for production or advertising services agencies.

Listed agencies are credited on their talent’s pages, and automatically whenever any of their artists is mentioned in the news and Original features, as the best point of contact under the names of your artists and models.

Your agency listing itself can display a list of all your talent, contact information and links to your social media.

Publication & Brands FAQ

How to become a listed client on, how to manage your database page and more

If your magazine or brand is already on, we can help you get started maintaining and adding content to its FH page.

First sign up for a membership at After verifying your email, request upload privileges in our short on-boarding application or reach out to us at so we can give you access to add and edit content in the database.

The creation of magazine pages in the database is done on a strictly invite-only basis depending on the caliber of photographers/artists the magazine works with, how many issues have been released and whether it is print or online.

If you are not yet included in the database but would like to be considered for an official page, please email a brief synopsis of the publication, whether it is print or online-only, how many issues have been released and a list of notable photographers and artists involved. We will review your submission and decide whether it is a great fit for the FH database.

This is an example of an official magazine database page: 08 FH

Please note that because of the high volume of magazine submissions we might not be able to answer every application.

To upload you need to be registered.

5. Click ADD IMAGES and select one or more files from your computer. Images must be under 1MB. Click UPLOAD ALL IMAGES.

6. Once uploaded, you can tag specific artists and models in each different picture if needed. You can also click and drag these images to rearrange them to match their original order of campign. (You will only be able to rearrange photos if you were the original uploader of the work.)

7. Click Submit to or Publish
