Kenzo was born in Paris in 1970, when Kenzo Takada opened his first boutique and brought a joyful, borderless energy to French fashion. Colour, flowers and a free mix of East and West became the house's lasting signature.
Under creative director Nigo, the label has rediscovered that spirit with a contemporary, playful edge: workwear and tailoring meet archival florals, varsity references and a relaxed, youthful attitude.
The result is a Kenzo that feels both heritage and street, Parisian and global, fashion that refuses to take itself too seriously while being very precise about what it wants to say.
